There’s a sprinkling of stardust at the hotel when TV star Rachel Riley and her husband Pasha Kovalev, the former Strictly dancer, check in. And head of guest experience Andrea La Morella has a few surprises for the famous couple. The staff also prepare for two more important guests – hotel founder and philanthropist Mr Isadore Sharp, who will spot any slip in standards, and a mysterious woman who, every time she stays, insists on having her luggage unpacked before she arrives.
